2. Acceptance and Updates

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies referenced here, including our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on our website. Updated terms apply from the stated update date. Orders already accepted remain subject to the terms that applied when they were accepted, unless a change is required by law.

3. Products, Descriptions, and Prices

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizes, prices, and availability information.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. Handcrafted embroidery and finishes may also vary slightly between individual pieces. These variations do not excuse a product that is defective or materially different from its description.

Please review each product’s description, measurements, included pieces, and care instructions before ordering.

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated. Any applicable delivery charges, taxes, or discounts will be shown before you complete your order.

If we identify a material pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may decline the corrected offer and receive a refund of any amount paid for the cancelled item.

4. Orders and Payments

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when placing an order.

Available payment methods and any advance-payment requirements are shown at checkout or in the relevant product listing.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance takes place when we confirm dispatch or expressly confirm acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, delivery cannot be arranged, payment is unsuccessful, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. We will inform you and refund any payment received for an item we cannot supply.

To request a change or cancellation, contact us promptly. We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated based on the order’s status.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our estimated delivery period is 5–7 days. Delivery may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, location, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any different delivery or production estimate will be communicated before you confirm the order.

Please check your delivery address carefully. If your parcel is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Under our published Refund Policy, requests for returns or exchanges must be made within seven days of receiving an item, and return eligibility is generally limited to defective items or items that do not match their advertised condition. Slight colour differences alone are excluded.

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Obtain return instructions before sending an item back.

Our published policy excludes custom or personalised products, sale items, and gift cards from ordinary returns. These exclusions do not remove rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval, although your payment provider may take additional time. The full procedure is available in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use our website to:

  • Break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
  • Submit fraudulent orders or misleading information.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
  • Upload malicious software or interfere with website security.
  • Access accounts or personal information without permission.
  • Copy or exploit protected content without authorisation.

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for protecting your login details and notifying us of suspected unauthorised use.

8. Intellectual Property

Our branding, original photographs, product designs, text, and other website materials belong to Hand Work Boutique or their respective owners and licensors.

You may browse the website and use its content for personal shopping purposes. Commercial reproduction, distribution, or use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

9. Liability and Indemnity

We take reasonable care when operating our website and supplying products, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for defective products where applicable.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses and third-party claims directly caused by your unlawful use of the website or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply to losses caused by our own breach or negligence.

These provisions are subject to applicable consumer protections, including the Punjab Consumer Protection Act.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict website or account access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these terms.

Restricting access does not remove our obligations concerning accepted orders, refunds, or applicable consumer rights.

11. Severability and Waiver

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules and consumer rights, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Lahore.
